Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY **A NON-REFUNDABLE investment is required to book. This will GO TOWARDS your color service day of. If canceled within 72 hours, you may reschedule with us without having to pay another deposit. If no deposit is paid, 50% of the service total is due if canceled less than 72 hours from the scheduled appointment time. **ALL no-shows will be charged the 80% of the service cost (or remainder of the service cost) and will not be allowed to rebook. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. REFUND POLICY **ALL EXTENSION INVESTMENTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND DO NOT GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE TOTAL** (these fees are for our time prepping your hair, and products needed for your service) **There will be NO REFUNDS of any kind. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 7 days and we will HAPPILY fix whatever it is! Everything is fixable! đŸ™‚
