Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY **A NON-REFUNDABLE investment is required to book. This will GO TOWARDS your service day of. If canceled within 72 hours, you may reschedule with us without having to pay another deposit. * If no deposit is paid, 50% of the service total is due if canceled less than 72 hours from the scheduled appointment time. **ALL no-shows will be charged the 80% of the service cost (or remainder of the service cost) and will not be allowed to rebook. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. REFUND POLICY **ALL EXTENSION INVESTMENTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE ** **There will be NO REFUNDS of any kind. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 7 days and we will HAPPILY fix whatever it is! Everything is fixable! 🙂
